The Golf Villas at Seascape Resort is the perfect family getaway! These villas are situated in a charming, quiet community with several tennis courts and close to two of the resort pools. You can also find new pickleball courts at the Triangle Village! The spectacular amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site 9 hole golf course, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals, or dine beachside at Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill just across Scenic Gulf Drive!
Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Seascape Resort is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our family had a great time staying here for Father's day weekend. It was close to everything we needed and we walked to the beach most of the time. We had everything we needed at the condo.

Great property and location. The only issue we had was dodging the golf balls while sitting on the deck. I am no spring chicken!! LOL

The villa was very clean, cool and comfortable. You could smell and see “clean” as soon as you walked in the door for the first time. A great first impression!
Located in a quiet area off of the golf course. Enjoyed watching the golfers from our balcony.
Beds were clean and comfortable. We felt very at home.
Short walk over the boardwalk to the beach. We did find a small parking lot by the road that can be accessed if you prefer to drive and park a little closer. This is helpful for those that may find the walk physically difficult.
Only minor suggestion would be for clearer instruction to be provided regarding which pools on the Seascape property can be accessed. (Perhaps a map on the fridge with pools highlighted/circled) We had to walk around to the different pools and ask and no one seemed really sure. A security guard in Ariel Dunes 2 was able to point us to a map that showed where all the various pools were located. Only one pool ended up actually being close to our villa. But the kids loved it and it was perfect for them. This was our only MINOR complaint.
Otherwise, we had an absolutely wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this villa to others! Can’t wait to come back to Miramar!
