Beach view was amazing(5star), our host was quick with responses, regarding the cleanliness of the condo they definitely need to step it up. I run my own cleaning business in Nashville (maybe my expectations are too high), I walked into hair in each of the bathrooms, molded shower curtain, couch pull out needs replaced (obviously never checked by the cleaners) bring an air mattress.. I brought my own cleaning supplies and sanitized everything, We truly enjoyed our stay, even added an extra night. Just be prepared to clean upon arrival.

Wasn't able to communicate with the host before our stay. The only time I was able to was a few days before our check in I received communication through text. The condo was great though. Everything worked great Refrigerator, AC, washer, dryer etc.. the only thing I would complain about will be the master bedroom mattress. It's sunk in some but it wasn't terrible. Also if you are wheelchair bound like I am a paraplegic the bed is really high so I did have to have help getting on and off the bed. We really enjoyed our stay though.

We had an excellent stay. Had a hiccup with the door code initially but it was resolved relatively quickly. The view was to die for. Room was clean and well stocked. The check out process was simple. Will definitely be returning!

I emailed [email protected] and no response 3 times with pictures outlying the problems with with condo and no response. When I arrived we found mold in both bathrooms (alot noted in the jets in the jacuzzi), 2/4 broken chairs on balcony, cabinets are broken in the kitchen,dirty silverware in drawers, the pullout couch mattress is not usable(springs are not attached), hole in the ceiling of guest bathroom, piece broken off master shower, no toilet paper holder and yes I have pictures. I definitely think this condo needs repairs and thoroughly cleaned before renting.
