Majestic Beach Tower 1 Unit 606
This 1 Bedroom + Bunk room, 2 bath direct oceanfront condo sleep 6 and is located on the 6th floor.
**January 2025- New flooring, countertops and paint** The resort is located in central Panama City Beach which is one of the most desirable locations and is close to everything from local attractions, grocery stores and restaurants.
Majestic is family friendly and has something for everyone!
Condo 606 Tower 1 features:
- Outdoor seating on private balcony overlooking the beautiful beaches and emerald waters
- Master bedroom with King bed and TV
- Private master bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower
- Bunk room with twin beds, personal lighting for each space and TV
- Living area with Queen sleeper sofa and gulf view
- Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home including a Crockpot & Air Fryer
- Small bar height dining table and additional seating at bar with 4 barstools
- Free WiFi
- Full size washer/dryer
- Sleeps 6 max
- Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach wagon for our guest to use
- Basket of beach towels

*This is a self catering property but we do provide starter items for our guest:
2 rolls TP per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, several garbage bags, travel size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, 2 dishwashing tabs and sponge, 2 washing machine flings, dryer sheets, liquid dish soap and hand soap. We also keep several spices and oils in the cabinet including salt and pepper for our guest to use.
*Highchair and Pack-n-Play available for use during stay
*Chair rentals behind Majestic is provided by Goin' to the Beach and reservations can be made on the Beachy App.
*Parking: Majestic guest will register their vehicle(s) through the registration system, GuestSVCS, prior to arrival. A license plate reader will be located at the entrance of the parking garage that will read the plates of the incoming vehicles and raise the gate arm for the registered vehicles.
After booking, you will receive an email from GuestSVCS providing a link where you will register your vehicle(s) and pay for parking directly through the service.
Should you have any changes before your arrival, you will be able to update your information using the link provided.
Parking cost: $40 per vehicle *2 vehicle max
*Renter MUST be 25 years of age
*NO pets allowed

Great location! Fast elevators. On the 6th floor, perfect for seeing both water and sky. Plenty of parking (have to pay, but worth it). Close to restaurants and "tourist" things. View was stunning with no obstruction. Host was quick to respond to messages and very easy to work with. Bed in primary bedroom is pretty uncomfortable, seemed to have a dip in the middle so I kept rolling towards it. We would stay again!

I had a couple questions before our stay and Kristy responded very promptly and was very informative. The condo was clean, we had everything we needed, and the 6th floor was just right.

Our stay was Awesome. Property just as shown in app. Kristy is an Awesome host any questions I had she was fast to reply with answers can’t wait to stay at her property in the future.
