The condo is located in the Majestic Beach Towers, just five miles from major attractions like Pier Park and Saint Andrews State Park. Rest at ease with 24-hour security, and you don't have to stray far from home for fun! The resort boasts fabulous amenities, including four pools (two of which are heated), hot tubs, beach access, on-site restaurants, a state-of-the-art fitness center, sauna, and more! This condo includes a balcony with a perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico. Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen and relax on the couch, watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV for a relaxing night. If you don't like cooking, the Majestic Market offers Starbucks, beer, wine, soda, and made-to-order breakfast, sandwiches, and sweets. You can even plan a date night at the on-site H2O Pool Bar & Grill!
The rental has two full baths and three bedrooms, accommodating eight guests. The primary bedroom is a mini oasis with sliding glass doors leading to the balcony, a private bath (including a jetted tub), and a king-size bed.
The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom features a twin bunk bed. Extra features, such as a private washer/dryer and valet parking, will make guests feel at home.
The cost per pass will be $40 plus a processing fee of $1.46 (fees are subject to change without prior notice).
Motorcycles: $20.00 plus the processing fee, RVs/Boats/Trailers: $100 plus the processing fee. After receiving an email from Majestic, you will register your vehicle(s), including the vehicle's make/model and color, license plate information, and contact phone number. Then pay online for the digital parking pass.
Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 8 guests, INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in a fine and ejection. VRC# 25520

The condo needs to be updated for sure. The patio was extremely dirty. The bed had sand in it as if they didn’t wash the sheets from the person who stayed before us. Also the table was broken and tipping over as well as the bunk bed was shaking. They got someone there the next day so the first night the sleeping situation was uncomfortable. The first two days we were there was a weekend and the streets were filled with people acting crazy and being so loud, dancing on top of cars at 2am. After the weekend it was quiet though. Wasn’t so bad but the condo isn’t being cleaned correctly and things were broken. I won’t be staying in the same condo again.
