Cocoonr is offering this charming studio flat for rent, situated between the Monplaisir and Montchat neighbourhoods. It features Wi-Fi, has a floor area of 27 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the 4th floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 27 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 27 m² living area with a sleeping area (2 single beds that can be joined to form a 180 double bed), and a sitting area with a sofa and a television.
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, a combi-oven, a toaster, a dishwasher, a hob, a fridge and a Nespresso pod coffee machine…
- A bathroom with a shower and a toilet
- A cupboard is located just behind the front door, where you can store your clothes.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: a washing machine, a fan, and an ironing board.
Outside:
- A terrace to enjoy sunny days, with two armchairs and a coffee table.
The flat is ideally situated in Lyon, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… all within a 4-minute walk of the flat.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park on the nearby streets, where parking is subject to a charge via a parking meter or the app.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: La Part-Dieu, accessible via the C16 bus or by metro in 20–25 minutes.
- Nearest airport: St-Exupéry, accessible via the Rhône Express in 30 minutes from La Part-Dieu station.
