Our location is walkable to everything Boulder: CU campus, Macky Auditorium, Farmers Market, Central Park, Boulder Creek, pedestrian Pearl Street Mall, and all the best Downtown restaurants.

This is my second stay at this property and each time I am there, I am struck by how clean it is. It is within walking distance of downtown Boulder and multiple grocery stores. The Arapahoe Loft is a little slice of heaven.

This was the strangest place I've stayed in through VRBO - just a ton of noise from the adjacent home(s) which made it feel like you were in someone's closet or like right under your parent's bedroom, tons of street noise/chaos friday through sunday, loft skylight remote without batteries so wouldn't close which meant you had to be awake at 5:30 am because you were like on the surface of the sun :) I think it will be a great place eventually but could use a little homey-ness (bathmat, blankets, maybe more than 1 barstool) - and some degree of noise insulation somehow. I would not have felt comfortable staying with a partner or someone intimately there because it felt like you were either being watched or listened to all weekend.
