A short walk into the nearest town of Bakewell where the river Derwent passes through making for a tranquil town stroll. You are a short drive from Chatsworth House where you can take in a historic experience learning about the house, the family and the blooming gardens that surround it. You are spoilt for choice with walks and trails, closely by is the Monsal Head trail or further afield is Tissington plus many many more, and if you don’t fancy taking the car out, there is plenty to explore from the doorstep.
