Welcome to Mother's Place, a stunning two-bedroom, newly built retreat located in the heart of Ocean Springs' golf cart district. Owned by Tiffany and Jason, this home holds a deep family connection, as it was originally the property of Jason’s great-grandmother. Although the original house was too far gone to restore, they lovingly rebuilt it as a replica, carefully preserving the classic charm while adding modern touches for ultimate comfort.
Mother's Place features two inviting bedrooms—one with a luxurious King-size bed and another with a cozy Queen-size bed—both outfitted with plush linens for a restful sleep. Both have large Smart TVs.
The full bathroom located between the two bedrooms is designed for relaxation, featuring a luxury shower and a bidet for an elevated experience. Additionally, a convenient half bath is located in the laundry room.
The living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration, with comfortable seating, a full-size sofa bed for a third sleeping space, and a flat-screen Smart TV to stream your favorite shows.
The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation, and the adjacent dining area creates a welcoming space to enjoy them together.
The home has a special treat for those wanting to take unique selfies in front of local artist Erinn Carty's beautiful large watercolor mural of the marina.
For those looking to explore the scenic golf cart district in style, Mother's Place offers a golf cart rental for an additional charge, adding a fun and unique way to experience the local charm, take to the beach, and explore downtown. You can also easily walk the three short blocks to the famous Government Street and the Downtown Entertainment District
***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***
***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation, or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

We had a GREAT 4 night stay at Mother's Place. When we walked in there was a cute little christmas tree all set up with twinkling lights. Such a nice touch! The house was extremly clean and had everything we needed. There were many added extras to make it comfortable and homey. The location is close to everything. Very friendly and timely communication.We definitely recommend staying here, and make sure you don't miss The TatoNut Shop in town.

Girls weekend just me and a long time friend ! Beautiful and cozy house. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning drinking coffee and in the evening drinking wine. The neighborhood sweet and quite adorable houses all around the area. Saturday there was a Halloween fest for children n family's down the street at the soccer fields i enjoyed sitting on the porch and seeing the children dressed in costumes walking down the street . Perfect area you can walk to the shops and restaurant's just a few blocks away. Took a uber Friday to go eat at Bacchus on the bay, not far but too far to walk . Descent food but great senary of the bay . We did walk home from Mosaic and Maison Du lu I felt safe . Mosaci fun place to hear music you can also eat there. Saturday night we ate at Maison Du lu delicious and good service. The weather was great and everyone we met was so nice. Can't wait to come back !

The kitchen was great, it had everything we needed. We loved that it was so open to the living area. The house, yard and neighborhood were very pet-friendly. The neighborhood is so walkable and close to the Main Street in town. The front porch sitting was wonderful and the neighbors were very friendly.

Wonderful place to stay! We felt like we were in our own home. House was close to everything.we will stay here next time we are in Ocean Springs MS.
