About this house rental
Pier Perfect is ready for your Wrightsville Beach vacation. Located between the bridges, and 2 lots off the beach, this 4 bedroom 4 bath townhome is ready for your next vacation. Enter the property from the ground floor and step inside. This ground floor living area is a nice place for the kids to relax. Head up the stairs and find 2 master bedrooms on this floor. To your left is a master bedroom with 2 twin beds. To your right is a master bedroom with a king bed and a deck with views of the ocean. Head up to the 3rd floor and find yourself on the main living area. The 3rd floor encompasses the kitchen, dining, and living areas. This open floor plan flows easily and makes family entertainment a breeze. Step outside on the deck for the warm ocean breezes and great views of the ocean and Johnny Mercer Pier. Also on this level is the 3rd bedroom with queen size bed. Take the stairs up one more time and find yourself in the grand master bedroom. This bedroom offers a king size and private bath.

The location was fantastic- very close to beach! The check-in process was smooth and timely. The property was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. We had 5 adults and everyone had own bedroom and bathroom. Work out great for family to enjoy. The view from the balcony was great for sunrises.

The property is very close to the beach. The house was clean especially the bathrooms. The place could use a dehumidifier for the first level. There was a mildew smell when you walk in. Outside lights where you park your car were not working. But I will say being close the the beach was very nice.

The only thing truly perfect about this house is it’s location, which couldn’t be beat, and the affordable price (which should have been the indicator that everything else would just be so-so). While the house wasn’t terrible, it needs some serious updating. The Dishwasher was not attached to the counter and felt like it was going to fall over every time the door was opened, the carpet was gross and needed to be replaced, and the top floor shower didn’t drain at all. It was pretty clean, but we found a dead roach on the first floor and some pills on the ground on the top level. In addition, the fact that we had to make the beds at our arrival and strip them at our departure would keep us from renting this house again. The management company also never informed us that their office was closed for our entire stay. I called and left a message for them, as well as an email, and never heard a word back. Had we had a real crisis at the house, I’m doubtful that they would have helped us.
