*We kindly ask that our guests be 25+ years old*
Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the spacious living area and expansive deck, perfect for memorable family moments. This well designed floor plan allows consistency and flow through the bedrooms and kitchen area and a primary bedroom with ocean views! This is the lower level unit of the duplex.

***NO PETS // NO EXCEPTIONS // EXTREME PET ALLERGY***
Violation of policies will result in penalties and fines.
1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit
2. 25+ years old ONLY (no exceptions)
3. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
4. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
5. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period. Please look into
6. **Any service animal must be disclosed within 24 hours of booking.**

What a fantastic experience! The property is right next to the popular surfing beach and has a superb view of the ocean and nearby fishing pier. Within walking distance are shopping necessities, bars, restaurants, and a very popular ice cream shop. Wilmington is a short drive across the bridge for some higher-end options.The home is gorgeous with a clean, modern, yet cozy aesthetic. The full kitchen is great for family meals and the home is appointed with everything you need for a great stay. Beat of all, the owners a very friendly and accommodating. We couldn’t be more pleased and everyone in the family gives The Ohana House two thumbs up!

The perfect beach house. The design of the house is stylish yet super comfortable. The view is unmatched. We loved sitting on the balcony watching sunrises and also sitting outside at night listening to the waves under moonlight. Everything we could have needed in the house was provided and the hosts were incredibly kind and communicative.

The property was better than advertised…the views were amazing from every window… despite the chill we even opened the retractable double slides to take in the beach experience. The location was well situated as we were able to walk to dinner on separate nights…The beach was literally 100 steps from the driveway. The property managers were not need but available at the drop of a text…we will return to this amazing property again in the near future….this rental epitomizes modern beach house!
