*We kindly ask that our guests be 25+ years old*
Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the spacious living area and expansive deck, perfect for memorable family moments. This well designed floor plan allows consistency and flow through the bedrooms and kitchen area and a primary bedroom with ocean views! This is the lower level unit of the duplex.

***NO PETS // NO EXCEPTIONS // EXTREME PET ALLERGY***
Violation of policies will result in penalties and fines.
1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit
2. 25+ years old ONLY (no exceptions)
3. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
4. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
5. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period. Please look into
6. **Any service animal must be disclosed within 24 hours of booking.**

We had a wonderful stay at this Wrightsville Beach home. The ocean view was absolutely beautiful, and the deck was a highlight & the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The house itself was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The kitchen was spacious and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and we really appreciated how clearly labeled and organized everything was. The weather was perfect during our stay, and this home was ideal for enjoying it all. We had a lovely weekend and would happily stay here again.

1st time in NC, the beach and water were so beautiful; and the fall weather was perfect. This location was close to anything and everything you want or need. The house it self was a great size, king beds weee comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with anything you should need. We have already decided we will be back to this location.

Listen to the waves, feel the salty breeze, and watch the surfers and beach goers all from the deck! Clean and well organized! Thank you for sharing your amazing and modern beach house!
