Southern Belle Vacation Rentals in Savannah, GA, and Tybee Island, GA provides first-class amenities including access to our exclusive resort-style heated pool located at 19 Silver Avenue, Tybee Island GA. All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.
This beautiful 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located deep in the historic district at Whitfield Square on Habersham Street and is perfect for large groups looking for a great vacation rental within walking distance to many historical landmarks and restaurants in Savannah. Surrounded by majestic live oaks dripping with moss, this home features a great wrap around porch perfect for late evening cocktails, morning coffee, just hanging out and reading the Sunday paper, or watching one of the weddings happening in Whitfield Square. Whitfield Square is also a great place to lay out and catch some rays, or enjoy a picnic with the family on a lazy afternoon.
As you enter the home, on the right you`ll see a large living from with seating for 12, a 60 inch flatscreen TV, beautiful chandelier, and intricate details & accents throughout the room include decorative fireplaces and drapes across the many floor-to-ceiling windows this home has to boast of, all offering a cornucopia of natural light. A half bath is just off the hall for freshening up.
The bedroom on this level also offers plenty of natural lighting as well as access to the wrap around porch. A comfy Queen sized bed awaits the wearied traveller`s slumber, and the room is equipped with a flat screen TV, dresser, and decorative fireplace.
The gourmet kitchen just outside the bedroom features stainless steel appliances and comes with everything you need to cook a great meal while in Savannah including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, four-burner range, coffee maker, blender, and chef`s island with 2 bar stools.
Just across from the kitchen is the room the makes this home every entertainer`s dream - the game room. The game room features a large pool table, 2 bar tables with chairs, a decorative fireplace, and a flat screen TV, making this home the perfect place for the guys to catch the game!
Down from the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 8 and a flatscreen TV for catching Saturday morning cartoons. Step outside, and you`ll find an outdoor patio area with a table for 4 and an umbrella to bring in the shade.
Upstairs, you`ll find the rest of the lovely bedrooms this home has to offer. The first bedroom can be used as a Master suite and has several large windows, a King sized bed, dresser, flatscreen TV, and a private, full bath with an intricately detailed sink and a clear, glass shower.
The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, armoire as well as a dresser, flatscreen TV, and a decorative fireplace.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.
Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving
Day before Christmas Eve, Christmas Eve & Day, and the day after Christmas Day

Our stay with a group of 8 was not great, not terrible. The location is very good and the house is spacious. That said, the kitchen was not great for cooking in - the cookware was cheap and difficult to use and there were no spices or anything extra whatsoever. The oven also seemed to have something wrong with temperature regulation, making it difficult to cook anything properly. Additionally, the dishwasher did not clean well (the filter was very dirty upon arrival) and the water dispenser on the fridge appeared to have mold on it.The matresses were VERY used in all bedrooms with deep sinking pits where people typically sleep. Overall the home was very dated and not as livable as we had hoped. Outside of the house itself, I felt the check in and check out times were not generous (or even typical). It was a 4 pm check in time and 10 am check out. The host did offer early check in/out but it was nearly 150 extra dollars to move it only one hour earlier or later. I also felt I received too many emails from the host before my stay. They sent me at least 10 emails prior to my stay with basically the same information over and over, or worse, trying to upsell me.
