The Hartridge House is beautiful with everything you need for a beautiful vacation. It is located blocks from Forsyth Park in a beautiful historic district. Very cute shops and cafes in walking distance. Kroger's is only a few blocks away for picking up groceries. The property is well maintained and the property manager was very responsive. Lovely rooftop space and garden. The only recommendation I have is for the Garden Apartment. It is on the main floor and has a dank smell. I recommend hanging a few Damp Rid bags to freshen it up. The mattress also slants down. It might need to be replaced. Otherwise, the space is beautiful.

The house is great! It was beautiful and the rooftop was amazing. We walked so many places, its in a wonderful location. I barely pulled my full size SUV out of the garage. I did not like that I was told that I could not lock people out of the master bathroom. Since there is a fas grill, it would have been nice to have a propane tank. Like who is traveling with their own!?!? The biggest thing is I asked if the elevator goes from the rooftop to the ground level. I was told yes and that was a lie.

The home it self is five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ having said that the maintenance and upkeep needs improvement ! There were no shot glasses in the wet bar area - no tissues in any of the bathrooms - all outdoor sitting areas needed a good cleaning - batteries in remotes needed to be replaced - when spending $1000 - per night we expected more to the details of the property
