The home was lovely and the layout was perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and relaxing on the front porch. The bathrooms were beautifully done and the furnishings throughout the home were lovely. The home is located right by the park but a bit of a walk to Broughton & River Street. The SCAD bus runs very frequently so that does create a bit of noise even though you’re farther away from the main strips. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The home it self is five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ having said that the maintenance and upkeep needs improvement ! There were no shot glasses in the wet bar area - no tissues in any of the bathrooms - all outdoor sitting areas needed a good cleaning - batteries in remotes needed to be replaced - when spending $1000 - per night we expected more to the details of the property
