Mello on the Beach - Gone Coastal

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very relaxing and the location of Mello was great.The amenities were very good. Well kept and user friendly. The facilities were clean and well organized. The only problem was when we checked out it was 6:40am and it was still dark. The facility was only lit up with awful red lights. It made the stairs very difficult to see. I missed the last step to the middle landing and stumbled and scraped up my elbow on the rough wall. I was bleeding and couldn’t get back in the room because I coded out already and had to make my flight. The ride to Ft Myers was 2hrs. I managed to patch myself up. Someone is really going to get hurt if the stairs are no lit up better.The facilities were lit up properly at night with white bright lights.

The unit was well stocked with necessary items for a beach stay and they thought of everything needed to cook in the unit! Having a washer/dryer inside the unit was so convenient. The staff was quick to respond with questions, and were very kind. The access to the beach was excellent. The outdoor shower and shared space was really nice too. Would stay again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is very cute and has all the basic essentials you need for a week+ vacation stay. We were not a fan of the small living room space. There is a hide-a-bed that if utilized would take up the whole living room. And the one "chair" was really uncomfortable. So I would categorize this unit as a 2 person only. In my opinion it is not "technically" on the beach. The beach chairs are the old fashion webbing chairs.
