This home sits half a mile from public beach access on 280th Street and three-quarters of a mile from Pacific Pines, a 10-acre expanse that's ideal for birding, fishing, shellfish hunting, and watching the sunset. Leadbetter Point State Park is to the north while Cape Disappointment, Long Beach, and Ilwaco are south, with scenic stretches of ocean coast along the way.
After a day spent beachcombing or golfing, you'll be greeted back at home by a grassy yard, a covered patio with a gas grill, and an outdoor firepit where you can gather for tales of the day's adventures. The interior is open and sunny, beginning with a living room that features a gas fireplace and a cable TV with streaming capability. The living room opens to an airy kitchen, a breakfast bar, and an eat-in dining table. Of the two bedrooms, each has its own smart TV as well.

Easy to find, clean, comfortable, with more than enough space for the three of us. It would have been helpful to have some more labels or instructions (such as where the extra linens were!).

It was close to Ocean Park. It had enough room for a dog with a fenced area. No A/C but windows work well.

Lovely remodel inside the home. Furniture and bed comfortable, kitchen amenities good. Has a firepit in the backyard for enjoyment.

The house was very clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable and it was a nice place to stay.
...EXCEPT for the dog policy. It said it was dog-friendly and it wasn't clear that we had to let them know several days in advance. We did let them know a day or two before and we found we were charged TRIPLE the normal rate, as a result.
We were told there were "preparations" by staff for a dog and, as far as we could tell, the "preparations" consisted of one very greasy dog dish placed under the sink, which due to the condition, we didn't use.
The owners or VRBO need to make very clear the need to let them know SEVERAL days in advance that a dog is coming.
