It was nice and cozy

The backyard was not as nice. When it rained there was a lot of mud.

Location is good Hot tub was nice Kitchen had plenty of utensils

Lots of cob webs ceilings and corners need attention Doors were dirty, need wiped down Moldy Caulking around tub fixtures need scraped and redone

The location was perfect. Right in town, near the beach and main strip.

Dates, dirty, and uncomfortable. One of our group paid and was unable to stay because it is within 1000 feet of a school- not mentioned.
