Lovely home as advertised including quiet neighborhood, hillside setting with outstanding views of valley and distant mountains. Along with cooler weather, historic town and many restaurants, a great getaway.

The house was perfect for a stay in Prescott. Modern and upgraded. But the "supposed fenced in back yard " was dangerous and unusable. We never went there.

I had a wonderful time at this location. It is exactly as advertised. I plan to stay here again next summer. All my guests commented as to what a beautiful home I had rented. Some even commented “how did you find such a beautiful place with a view“.
