Centrally located just two blocks away from Riverfront Park, The Convention Center, and countless local cafés, shops, and restaurants.

We’re lucky to have visited homes (and Airbnb’s) all over the world and know just what guests are looking for.

This historical building features 12 newly renovated apartments that are built with your comfort in mind and offer the ideal city retreat.

Located on the third and fourth floors with convenient elevator access.

The apartments are accessed from the street level with a secured remote-accessed lock. For your safety and convenience, there is also 24/7 surveillance.

For peace of mind and security, each guest will have their own unique access codes to the main door and their separate apartment door that are only valid for the duration of their stay.

You'll have access to the main door, entryway, individual apartment unit, and a shared pool room.

We've streamlined the check-in/out process for you so there is no front desk, or physical keys that need to be picked up.

Riverfront Park is located just 2 blocks away. Feel free to stop in on the first floor of the building to International Pancake House, or any of the trendy restaurants and cafes you'll find on the way.

Some of our favorites include Atticus Coffee Shop, Revival Tea Lounge, or the Saranac Public House.

There are no cameras inside the property or in any private or indoor living spaces. The purpose of these outdoor cameras is solely to enhance guest safety and prevent unauthorized access.

IMPORTANT:
To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to complete this step.

How to stay like a local:
There are so many awesome things to see, do, eat, and drink just steps away from your Rental Unit.

That being said, to help you have the best stay possible, we have a few tips for your stay.

1. You’re living like a local, be respectful of the other locals.

2. All of our Rental Units are smoke-free environments. Including the entire Rental property.

3. Pets are NOT allowed in this Rental Unit for any reason. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in the immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.

4. Your trip details should already be complete. If they aren’t, just go ahead and message us!

5. Your friend, your responsibility. Pretty simple: if you invite them to your Rental Unit, you’re responsible for their actions.

6. There are occupancy limits Roav Stays must follow for each of our buildings. Help us follow the rules.

7. We’re here to help! Roav Stays is managed locally. If you have any questions at all feel free to message us!

FEE SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN: (all charges in $USD, unless otherwise noted)

Unauthorized Late Check Out : $25 dollars each half hour after check-out time. Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out

Smoking in Room/Common Area:
$200 minimum charge and eviction from the Unit

Excessive Cleaning: Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed

Damaged or Missing Items: Varies depending on cost of item

Noise Complaints: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00

Party in Unit or Common Area: Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to Roav Stays

Unauthorized pets: $150/day

    This was a super awesome place to stay while visiting our senior Gonzaga student. Comfortable, all the amenities, and super comfortable beds! Easy, near-by parking options. Highly recommend!

    Came to Spokane to explore and look around. Got this place for myself, my husband, and our toddler. Overall it was a great stay and in a perfect location! We were able to walk from the apartment to Riverfront park and to go shopping / out to eat. The only thing that I will say that was difficult, which is at no fault of the owner or even the property, but, directly below the windows in the back bedroom, there are street lamps and unfortunately they made the room rather bright at night so I’d recommend some eye covers if you are going to have that room. But other than that very minor inconvenience the apartment is great! Jake is a great host and is always available for communication if you have any issues. I highly recommend this property for your stay!

    This was a wonderful location to enjoy all that downtown Spokane has to offer. We parked our car and didn't get back in until we left to head home at the end of our trip. The apartment is an easy walking distance to Riverpark square, the Davenport, Riverfront park and the preforming arts center.

    Brother, SIL and I stayed here when visiting our other brother and SIL in Spokane. The apartment was great - we all had our own space, but could come together in the living room/kitchen. Very conveniently located downtown - walkable to great restaurants and shopping and the riverfront park. Recommend for a family trip. Would stay here again!
