About this villa rental

Come relax in our spacious villa located a short walk or bike ride to the beach. This is a second-floor villa with a one-bedroom king size bed. There is a Large screened in porch for relaxing. Full size fully equipped kitchen with a coffee pot as well as a Keurig. High Speed internet and you tube T.V. are available. Walk or bike to the beach! Bike rentals are available and can be delivered to your door! No need for a car. You can bike to shopping and dining. Our home is in walking distance to the tennis courts, pickle ball. and the elegant Sanctuary Hotel and Spa. It is also conveniently located near the Conference Center and Night Heron Park! This villa is on the second floor (roughly 15 to 20 steps) and there is no elevator. Easy check-in process using a digital security doorknob. Only 2 parking spots available. RBL23-000220

Super nice, quiet place in an easy access location and close to what I needed. The owner was super responsive and attentive to my needs and I really appreciated that. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place for a small group to enjoy their holiday! Thanks very much!

Very close to the beach, Kitchen fully equipped and had beach chairs, wagon and cooler. All taken advantage of.
