Built by the renowned Alexander Co., and originally designed by famed architects Palmer and Krisel, this classic Mid-Century Modern home is located in the well-known, historic Sunmor Estates neighborhood. In addition to its central location near the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in Palm Springs, this charmer boasts a flowing open floor plan perfect for gathering and three spacious bedrooms, one of which can be flexibly configured as an office for those all-important check-ins with work. Beds: K, Q, Q.

But who needs to check in with work when you’ll be spending all of your time in the backyard oasis? Fire up the grill and dine al fresco, take a dip in the saltwater pool, unwind in the bubbling hot tub, and have a drink by the fire – all surrounded by a small fruit tree grove, lush landscaping, and breathtaking mountain views.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Soak up the sunshine in the incredible, private backyard. Jump into the saltwater pool or lounge in the shade on the covered patio, surrounded by a small fruit tree grove, lush landscaping, and stunning mountain views. A pair of swinging egg chairs make the perfect spot to curl up with a book. After a day exploring Palm Springs, enjoy breathtaking sunsets in the west-facing backyard and dine under the stars. The ambient lighting, fire pit, and hot tub are the perfect combination for a magical evening.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES

The flowing open floor plan in this home makes it the perfect place for gathering. A seamless blend of Mid-Century Modern and tropical oasis, you’ll enjoy a fully-stocked modern kitchen with quartz countertops and a gorgeous herringbone tile backsplash that opens to the dining and living area. Comfortable but high-end furnishings adorn the space and the gas fireplace adds to the ambiance. Flooded with natural light through walls of glass overlooking the breathtaking backyard, the entire space is bright and airy.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The primary bedroom is incredibly spacious, with a luxurious King bed, a beautifully designed ensuite bathroom, 50" TV, and direct access to the patio. The guest Queen bedroom is light and bright, with a huge window flooding it with natural light. The third bedroom can be optionally set up as an office for when you can no longer ignore those work emails, but it also has a comfortable Queen bed for guests. The newly remodeled bath with shower is just across the hall.

THE LOCATION
Located in the well-known, centrally-located Palm Springs neighborhood of Sunmor Estates, this home is close to all the conveniences one would need, including grocery stores, casual eateries, and fine dining establishments. It’s also easy to walk to the Saturday morning Farmers Market and the Camelot Theater, which hosts many famous Film Festivals throughout the year. A short drive away, you’ll find bustling Downtown, the Uptown Design District, and the South Palm Springs Business District, with all of its incredible amenities. You’ll also find plenty of beautiful parks, golf courses, and hiking trails to explore.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

No smoking or vaping in the house

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age

Well-behaved dogs are welcome, $150 (taxable) Dog Fee is required for each dog.

Optional Pool Heating Fee is $79/night. Monthly guests pay actual gas & electric utilities instead of Pool Heating Fee. An Advance Utility of Deposit of $1500 per month is required.

This home is clean, well stocked in the kitchen, laundry and bedrooms (extra pillows and blankets in closet). We appreciated the large fluffy beach towels and our hosts left coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. This quiet neighborhood aided in a peaceful night's sleep. I plan to stay here again!
