Infinite bliss awaits you at this spacious and beautifully restored mid-century modern and bright, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. While beautiful downtown Palm Springs awaits, you may never want to leave as you lounge in the spacious backyard equipped with pool, spa, firepit, gas grill and a beautiful pergola where you can enjoy breakfast at sunrise or dinner at sunset with unobstructed views of the San Jacinto mountains. This backyard is truly a vacationer’s dream come true with all the comforts you'll ever need to enjoy your stay.

Inside the open floor plan flows into the living room, dining area and open gourmet kitchen, along with a built in bar making this indoor space perfect for gathering with friends and family.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need to prepare and cook for the whole family. The 10 ft. kitchen island has ample space for food prep and provides a great gathering spot for wine, cheese and pre-dinner nibbles. The separate bar area provides even more counter space and includes a wine refrigerator. Each of the large bedrooms has a smart TV and plenty of closet and storage space. Both guest bedrooms look west to gorgeous mountain views but also have blackout shades for those days when you need that extra hour of sleep. The custom guest bath has a double vanity and walk in shower. The master bath features a double vanity, large walk in shower and a walk in closet. The master bedroom sliding door opens to the pool and spa providing incredible mountain views and a variety of lounging areas to enjoy the desert landscape.

The 2-car garage is extra long with plenty of storage space, washer and dryer and direct access to the home. The circular driveway also provides ample space for parking. This beautiful, comfortable home has everything you need for a totally relaxing and memorable stay.

-Pets are allowed only if approved in advance of booking and pet fee is paid ($125.00 + tax per pet, 2 pets max, 2 small or one small and one up to 50 lbs).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.
- Pool Heating fee $100 per day, $700 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 nights in May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay.
You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.

- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
- Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.

We had the best time over Thanksgiving at this property! The inside is as amazing as the photos, if not better with lots of space and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was great for cooking and the outside great fun for the while family! Will definitely come back!!

We love this property! From the moment we walked in we knew we had picked the perfect place! The backyard is large and beautiful! We sat outside in the mornings and enjoyed the shade. We enjoyed the sun in the afternoon. The umbrellas around the pool provided the perfect amount of protection when the desert sun was heating things up outside. We used the grill (which was clean) and we ate outside at the table provided. The lighting outside is on a dimmer and creates great ambiance! We love the open concept of the home and apprecuated the kitchen with great amenities! Every seat in the living room is cozy and comfortable! All of us slept very well in the beds and the bedding was the perfect weight for comfortable sleeping. The bathrooms are large as well as the closets which are perfect for tucking your luggage away and hanging your clothes on the hangers provided.. And this may sound a little funny...we even loved the garage! We had rented a large vehicle and the garage is roomy and made it very easy to load and unload golf clubs. The location is perfect! We had wondered if this location was going to be too close to the airport and if we would hear airport noise. I think we heard one plane a day...literally. We have stayed in LaQuinta, Movie Colony and a few other places around the area. We are very pleased with this property and location! We hope you love it as much as we do!
