Overall, the property was good. Plenty of towels & linens. Could make do w kitchen accessories. Neighborhood was quiet. Pool was lovely but pool cleaning svc could improve. Great location!

My 2 teenagers and I had a wonderful week at this rental. Bright, cheerful and very clean. Stocked with plenty of supplies! Central location to all the places we wanted to visit for the week. Wi-Fi was slow, but we were out of the house most of the time so it wasn't really an issue for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

House had everything you needed and more. Plenty of space, smart useful layout. Pool was amazing. 1/2 bathroom is out in pool area(so smart) great quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches and nature trails (15 mins) if you want to change things up.

When we arrived there was a miscommunication about check in. It was quickly resolved. There must have been some kind of power outage because all appliances were blinking. Pool heater was not working. Took a week to get someone to fix it and then took another 4/5 days to get pool up to temperature. The Murphy bed in spare room was broken. Boards falling off. The other beds were comfortable. It was chilly in January and thermostat was confusing and pre set! It kept going back to 60 degrees. My husband has cancer and was freezing. We kept having to readjust it. Neighborhood was nice. Very quiet and private.
