- Short drive to Mineral Springs, Boca Grande, Great restaurants and Shopping.

- Jet Ski, Boat, Kayak, Canoe, and Stand up paddle board rentals nearby

- The 3rd Queen Bedroom has a bathroom shared with the 4th bedroom, but optionally has access to the 2nd bedroom ensuite.
- Work remotely from the 4th Bedroom which is set up as an office with a couch that converts to a queen bed, we add a matress and a foam topper for comfort.

- Spread out and relax in the indoor and outdoor living areas with grand tall ceilings, & large smart TV
- The huge screened outdoor living area faces South West overlooking the Palms golf course, and includes an eating area, small fridge, a lounge area, and a spa that spills into a large pool.

- Dominoes, and cards are also here for relaxing together
- Circular Drive with 2 car garage. Be aware, on-street parking is NOT allowed per the restricted deed.

Your stay starts with:
- Amenity & Supplies pack, including a starter set of soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, paper towels, toilet paper, 2 dishwasher tabs, dish soap, trash bags and 2 laundry detergent pods. (Please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items during your stay, as it is only a starter set.)
- All beds are ready made for you with freshly laundered sheets & towels
Parking -
There is a driveway for parking that can fit 4 cars. There is no overnight on street parking. Also, RVs, Work Trucks where you have a company name or advertising on the outside of it, and Boats are not allowed to be on the driveway overnight due to neighborhood deed restrictions. If you want to bring your boat to enjoy our awesome area fishing you will need to arrange to park your boat offsite. You can call us for suggestions. RVs, and Work Trucks will also need to be parked off site per the deed restrictions.

We were right at home the minute we walked through the doors! Totally a home away from home feeling. It was the perfect size for my 3 grown children and their 2 children. My husband and I loved the split floor plan and waking up to that golf course view was amazing! Highly recommend staying here if you want that same feeling and I'm sure if we make the trek again as a family we would definitely stay there again. As we say in Hawaii, Mahalo for hospitality and Aloha

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing place, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The property was absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained. Everything was clean and perfectly organized, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The rooms were spacious, fresh, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The bathrooms were also impeccably clean and stocked with everything we needed.One of the highlights was the pool—it was not only clean but also pleasantly warm, making it perfect for a relaxing swim at any time of the day. The hostess was incredibly attentive and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even providing us with extra towels for the pool and the beach.The location was fantastic, and you could tell a lot of care went into every detail of the property. It truly felt like a home away from home.I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-cared-for retreat. Everything about our stay was exceptional, and I’m already looking forward to returning!If i could give this place more than 5stars, I absolutely would.
