Off-street parking for our VRBO guests only. Street parking not allowed in University Heights. On football game days there will be vehicles parked in the front yard near the street. Our VRBO guests will always have parking in the driveway (parking pad not for VRBO guest parking).

This 2-bedroom house in Iowa City is in the perfect location for awesome game days. This beautiful property features 2 queen beds, perfect for a small group of guests (4-adults). With amenities like central air, WiFi, coffee bar, large TV for streaming, 2 bathrooms (1 tub and 2 showers), a deck with a gas barbecue grill and backyard space for gathering. Your stay will be convenient and comfortable.

In addition to our prime location for Hawkeye football and tailgating we are also walking distance to the University of Iowa Hospital and an easy drive or ~25-minute walk to downtown Iowa City.

We have thought of all your basic needs providing kitchen essentials, towels, bedding, hair dryer, shampoo, shower soap, hand soap, and starter paper goods. The kitchen is well appointed with all the basis needs including toaster, air fryer, and coffee bar. A gas barbecue grill is available on the deck for your use, please make sure to turn off the gas after use. Utensils for the barbecue grill are located in the large green pantry.

HOUSE RULES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
You will have access to the main floor of the house. The basement and garage are NOT meant for guest access. Do not go into the basement or garage.

We love a good party, but you must quiet things down by 10 PM. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighborhood and neighbors.

You will be provided the front door entry code and WiFi information including password before check-in.

BEFORE YOU CHECKOUT:
1. Place all dirty towels in the laundry basket located in the hallway closet or leave them in the bathroom. Please do not leave towels on the hardwood floors.
2. Place all dirty or used dishes in the dishwasher, NO NEED TO START DISHWASHER
3. Tidy up - No deep cleaning needed, just a quick general tidying. Please strip the beds and leave bedding on the beds. Please clean up any messes.
4. Consolidate trash, please gather all trash in the provided trash cans.
5. Lock Up - Ensure all doors and windows are locked.
6. Contact us before leaving if there any concerns or questions or have any damages to report.
