About this house rental
This nicely finished condo has a large open main floor. Theres a beautiful and well appointed kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker (A whole pot or just a cup, your choice!) and a large island with stools, and a large dining table with 6 chairs. You will find the space opens to the living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a smart TV.
The top floor has 2 large bedrooms that each have their own private en suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers for your convenience. (2 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms)
There is a 2 car garage with additional free parking on the street. It is a beautiful, quiet, and safe residential neighborhood just minutes from the shopping and dining on the Coralville strip and minutes driving to the University and Kinnick stadium (Go Hawks!).

The house was clean and in very good condition. It was nice to be able to use the garage with the weather. Furniture was comfy. Beds were firm. Location was convenient to the hospital and it was a quiet neighborhood. We had a great stay!
