The living room, dining room and kitchen have a great flow with a semi-open floor plan. The deck overlooks a backyard with a privacy fence. Other highlights include comfy couches, a Smart TV, an awesome dining room table to seat 5 (or 7 with a leaf), and a bar with 2 stools. Hospitality and communications with the owners was wonderful. The beds were super comfy. The back porch was lovely and peaceful.

Convenient and quiet location, felt very safe. Property could use some love as far as updating and yard maintenance. Clearly there’s some years of wear and tear, but somewhat expected in a college town. A fresh coat of paint and new furniture would go a long way though.
