This renovated, ranch home, has an open floor plan, two dining areas and a front "rocking" porch to enjoy the amazing Kentucky weather. Furnished with 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with a couch as a second place to relax (or send the kids.) All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs. We really enjoyed our stay. Yard was perfect for our 3 1/2 year old grandson to play in. Location very convenient to parks & Historic Frankfort.

Our stay at the Capital Casa was perfect! It had everything we needed. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood near everything we needed. The home was so roomy, yet cozy and comfortable. We had lots of privacy, and a great space to gather as well. The screen porch was so nice, especially this time of year (September). We will definitely rebook.

This home is perfect for a friend or family getaway. There are multiple places to relax and visit both inside and outside. Home is beautiful and spotless. Great location to nearby shops and within a days drive to visit Lexington, Louisville and Cincinnati (which we easily did).
