Welcome to The Barrel & Stone Estate, a lovingly restored 1920s home, where timeless character meets modern luxury. Whether you're here for a getaway, a family trip, or a fun friends weekend, this spacious retreat offers everything you need to relax & unwind.

This house is conveniently located minutes from several of the most famous Bourbon Distilleries in the country. It is less than an hour's drive from both Lexington and Louisville. This is a perfect location to see Kentucky at its best.

Floor 1:
Kitchen, Living Room, Sun Room (Dining Room + Den), and outdoor patio + SONOS sound system throughout the first floor

Floor 2:
Capitol Room - The Primary Suite with King-sized bed and a full ensuite bathroom.

Bluegrass Room - Queen-sized bed with working electric fireplace.

Gray Horse Room - Queen-sized bed

Full Bathroom w/ Bathtub (for 2nd floor guest use)
