This renovated, ranch home, has an open floor plan, two dining areas and a front "rocking" porch to enjoy the amazing Kentucky weather. Furnished with 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with a couch as a second place to relax (or send the kids.) All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs. Our stay at the Capital Casa was perfect! It had everything we needed. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood near everything we needed. The home was so roomy, yet cozy and comfortable. We had lots of privacy, and a great space to gather as well. The screen porch was so nice, especially this time of year (September). We will definitely rebook.

This home is perfect for a friend or family getaway. There are multiple places to relax and visit both inside and outside. Home is beautiful and spotless. Great location to nearby shops and within a days drive to visit Lexington, Louisville and Cincinnati (which we easily did).
