About this house rental
"Seasational" is the perfect beachfront, poolside, first floor penthouse, featuring a single level layout, no stairs, with a gated parking area and a private garage space. The beach, pool and hot tub are just steps from the back door!

Two parking spaces: one in the garage and one overflow parking space on a first-come, first-served basis.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

We love this place! Our family has done a vacation here 2 years in a row. It’s the perfect amount of space for a large family. The direct beach access is perfect for little ones. Very nice and up to date. Love having the pool and hot tub! Great location in the middle of everything! This is our go to spot. Can’t wait to go back!

The house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. Recommendations would be - - trash can in the laundry room- more chairs at the pool. (8 chairs is very lacking, particularly if all units are full.)- at least 4 chairs on the patio and a table would also be a nice addition on the first floor.- parking is also difficult. The units are designed to host multiple families who likely drive separately. It would not be unusual for each unit to have 3 or 4 vehicles each. Alternate parking options would be nice to have for the property to accommodate all guests .- The first floor view should be advertised. There is no ocean view because of the dune. That would definitely influence some renters decision.

We were definitely not disappointed in this rental. From the minute we walked in the front door we knew this was going to be a fantastic week enjoying pool, sand and sun. It was clean, had everything we needed and plenty of sleeping space for 13 people. We were on the first floor and the pool was literally right outside our back porch and the beach just a short walk. The only negative would be parking. For a unit that sleeps so many people it would be nice to be able to park at least 3 cars on the property or be provided a safe alternative to park additional vehicles. We will definitely stay here again.
