Important Property Notes
• Noise Ordinance: Exterior quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful mountain environment.
• 4WD/AWD Recommended. During winter months or inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended. We recommend one with sufficient clearance (i.e SUV, Truck, or raised Sedan).
• Travel Insurance Highly Recommended
We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
• There is a Peloton Exercise Bike located in the second Main King bedroom on the first floor. Guests are permitted to use the bike if they login with their own Peloton membership. Only Delta-compatible cleated shoes can be used on this bike.

This reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver policy. If you would prefer to use a refundable security deposit, please contact our office to provide a check for the security deposit and we will refund the damage waiver. Thank you!
