The holiday apartment is exactly as described. The value for money is excellent. The host, José Luiz, is absolutely top-notch: always friendly and accommodating, responds quickly, proactively asks for suggestions for improvement that would make the stay even more enjoyable, and most importantly: implements them within a very short time, even if they are only minor things. We would love to come back!

We had a pleasant stay and host was very helpful.

In principle a very nice apartment. The contact with the host was very friendly and all our questions and concerns were answered quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The only negative point are the beds, that we found a bit uncomfortable, the sofa bed being in fact the most comfortable of all. The washing machine didn't work in the beginning, but was replaced by a new one during our stay. A baby seat was provided for free. Parking in a nearby garage costs 5 Euro per day (the space is a bit narrow, but ok). We had to leave a deposit of 100 Euro, which was returned upon departure. Altogether, this is a very nice flat for the price we paid (52 Euro per night in the winter). It would be worth a much higher price, if at least one of the beds were substituted. A part of Las Canteras beach is just 200m from the apartment, the nicer one a 20-30 minutes walk away. Thanks for the nice stay!

We stayed here for roughly 9 days, the host was very nice and communicated very fast and tried to help upon request. Checkin and checkout was easy enough, they even let us check-in slightly earlier than expected.The apartment's condition was alright, you could tell that the furniture was a bit dated but all listed amenities were available. Some of them were already broken or just about usable. The double bed was rather small and uncomfortable, it squeaked a lot which makes it harder to fall asleep on. The blankets that were provided were a bit questionable, maybe this is a cultural thing or something common given the usual warm weather in the Gran Canaries but we received blankets/duvets that were super thin - as if they were just bedsheets without the actual duvet. It was definitely weird to sleep with but was okay since it wasn't very cold. The walls are all very thin, you can almost always hear neighbors or even if people are speaking normally next door. The provided cookware wasn't good. The knives were all dull, the pans were scratched (non-stick coating was unusable because the teflon was getting off) and some of the kitchen utensils were already broken. It was nice that the place had a lot towels and a washing machine available. The two bathrooms also made the time much easier for our long stay and I really enjoyed the water pressure from the showers. All in all, I wouldn't use this again for a stay this long but I think this is a good option for a short stay e
