It was extremely well equipped! It was like staying in a whole house one of the best holiday rentals I have ever rented. I would give them more stars if I could. I would only recommend putting a railing on the stairs to upstairs bedrooms. Other than that excellent excellent excellent can't say enough about it fantastic rental. 👍👍👍💯

Clean with well equiped kitchen. Close to the train station and a short walk to the beach. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

私の宿泊施設の最重要ポイントは「清潔感」。みなと館さんは、掃除が行き届いていて素晴らしかったです！
築年数はかなりだと思われるし、ホストの心遣いで、いろんな備品・遊具があり、とっても掃除しにくいはずなのに、ホコリがない！この点だけでもホストの意気込みを感じられます。
備品も至れり尽くせり。何があるか分かりやすく表示されていて助かります。今回4泊なので、さすがに風呂掃除したいなと思っていたら、風呂用の掃除セットが置いてありました。入浴剤もあり使わせていただき、寒い時期でしたので助かりました。
木造で懐かしく落ち着け、「木造って寒いんだった…」と言う事も思い出せましたが、しっかり暖房器具があり困りません。
すすめられた刺身船盛が新鮮で美味しかったです！食べきれず翌日野菜と米で雑炊に。料理ができる民泊の良さを活用させて頂きました。
いつも通過してしまう腰越駅が、まさかこんなに魅力的だったなんて！みなと館さんに泊まれたからこその、嬉しい発見。
また自分でも、再度利用したいと思いますし、知り合いにも是非泊まって！とお勧めしたい宿です。

日常生活に必要なものが揃っていて、留守にしている知人宅で留守番をしているような不思議な感覚で大変リラックスできました。各部屋にエアコンが設置されている他、1階には電気ストーブも置かれていて全く寒くなく、快適に過ごせました。近くにはパン屋さんや酒屋さんのほか食事ができるお店もあり、重宝しました。初めての利用でしたが、とても満足です。
