迫力満点！建物の真横が線路、正面が勝手踏切で写真を見て貰えばわかるがこれ以上電車に近づける宿は無いと思います、子供達も大喜びの前に圧倒されてました、海外だとハノイのトレインストリートが有名ですがそれの日本版がこの宿です、鉄道マニアから見たら伝説の宿になるんじゃないかと、しかも江ノ電は7、8分置きに来るので楽しくて滞在中ずっと1階テラスで電車見てました（テラスにベンチが置いてあり居心地が良い、写真参照）２階は寝室で布団も気持ちよかったです、周辺は閑静な住宅地なので一棟貸し切りでも騒いだりする場所ではないです。また子供連れなら当たり前ですがしっかり子供を見ていてください、近づいてきた電車に頭だけだして見ようとしたり手が出てたりするので本当に気を付けてください（それくらい近いので）腰越駅徒歩2、3分、江の島の橋まで徒歩15分程度、鎌倉高校駅まで徒歩10分程度で周辺の観光もバッチリです。
昭和の古い建物をリフォームしてます、トイレは洋式の最新で綺麗だがドアにスキマが有り鍵も無いです、家族とかならまだいいが友人同士とかだと気になる人は気になるかも、あとテレビの設置もないです。コンビニも近くにはありませんでした。

Jolie petite maison bien équipée. Assez de place pour dormir pour notre famille de 5 personnes. Très propre, très accueillante.
La proximité du train sur photo donne envie car c’est très photogéniques dans les faits, la maison tremble à chaque passage et le bruit a été pour nous trop dérangeant pour bien dormir malgré les bouchons. La lumière également trop vive malgré les masque à disposition. L’accueil inexistant avec un système de Check in trop compliqué, Booking ne nous ayant pas transmis les informations nécessaires puisqu’il était écrit dans la description « remise en mains propres ».

Le logement atypique est un must pour les amoureux du train et des logements atypiques. On s'y sent vite entre "très bien" et "comme à la maison". Nous avons aimé particulièrement la petite niche bibliothèque ! Emplacement très pratique, à deux pas d'une des stations de la Enoden, pas non plus très loin des plages et même de la Enoshima Sea Candle. En passant il y a une boulangerie "Le beau temps", où vous trouverez de quoi vous régaler.
