We had a wonderful time at Enoshima! Contact was very easy with the house manager (though all in Japanese). The house is very authentic as was advertised, so I didn't feel that was an issue. The area is walking distance to the beaches, train stations, and restaurants.
I'm not sure if it's due to the "authenticity" of the house, but the cleaning wasn't so great. There was a lot of hair on the floor throughout the house, and some pink mold on the bathroom sink. It was also a bit dusty throughout the house and some spider webs in the corners of the rooms. They also advertise that they have a washing machine but they don't, so be weary.
