Located on the Coconut Coast, these suites are just steps from the beach, yet convenient to everything in central Kapa’a. Beachcombing, dolphin watching, and spectacular nature are all available right from your doorstep when you stay with us during your Kauai vacation. Being located on the Coconut Coast makes our condos a great place to stay for some Kauai sightseeing, and you will love having access to golfing, shopping, dining, and just about any other activity you can imagine.
Wailua Bay View condos are great for singles, families, and friends as they will accommodate up to four guests. The condominiums have one bedroom and one bathroom and are equipped with bath towels. Comfortable bedding arrangements, along with a full kitchen and washer and dryer make this vacation condo your home-away-from-home. Some condos even have a sofa bed, so be sure to inquire if that special request is available. Some of the great activities you'll find while in Kauai are the spectacular hiking opportunities, freshwater kayaking, numerous beaches, fishing, snorkeling, and more.
You'll feel like you've found your own tropical paradise when you take advantage of the pool, the open-air recreation pavilion with comfortable chairs, the putting green, and the private grassy cliff, with reclining chairs, overlooking Wailua Beach. The Wailea paved oceanfront walkway also starts in front of the complex and will lead you past Wailua’s top resorts. These condos feature private lanais, bedroom air conditioning, free WiFi, and in-suite washer/dryers. With two-bedroom floor plans starting at over 1,300-square-feet, your family can relax in comfort without stepping on each other’s toes!

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The beach view was beautiful; however, it lacked easy access. Currently, construction is on the street. The worst part is that we had to leave during the day for several hours because of pest control. Late check-in, no access from 10 to 2. We paid for a full day, but we never received it.
