The building is new, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
We have 2 units almost facing each other for family and friends who want to stay together. This unit is fully furnished, functional and beautifully decorated. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel. S Residences is strategically located within the Mall of Asia Complex & Entertainment City in Pasay City, Philippines. It places residents within walking distance to SM Mall of Asia, SMX Convention Center, MOA Arena, world-class casinos (City of Dreams, Okada Manila, Solaire), restaurants, shops, and transport links (MRT/LRT nearby).

REGARDING SWIMMING POOL:
Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day on regular days and P300 per person on holidays. The pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM.
NOTE: If you wish to use the pool, please notify our staff 24 hours before your arrival, or visit the admin office before 4 PM the day prior to pay the fees.

The condo is clean and comfortable, making it a great place to stay. The staff are responsive and polite, always ready to assist. There are plenty of things to do around the area, and it's conveniently located near Mall of Asia. The location is easy to find, making it hassle-free for guests.
