Welcome! We offer a fully FURNISHED 1 BEDROOM UNIT WITH BALCONY FACING City View (27 SQM) on the 9th floor.
The building is new, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
We have 2 units almost facing each other for family and friends who want to stay together. This unit is fully furnished, functional and beautifully decorated. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel. S Residences is strategically located within the Mall of Asia Complex & Entertainment City in Pasay City, Philippines. It places residents within walking distance to SM Mall of Asia, SMX Convention Center, MOA Arena, world-class casinos (City of Dreams, Okada Manila, Solaire), restaurants, shops, and transport links (MRT/LRT nearby).

REGARDING SWIMMING POOL:
Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day on regular days and P300 per person on holidays. The pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM.
NOTE: If you wish to use the pool, please notify our staff 24 hours before your arrival, or visit the admin office before 4 PM the day prior to pay the fees.

Ended up working out very well because of the location I needed a temporary place to stay before moving on to another city in the Philippines.
My flight did not come in till very late and I did not check my phone because my data was not working and didn’t have Wi-Fi and when I did get Wi-Fi I realize that the host had tried to contact me a few times and was concerned because I had not checked in yet.
When I got to the hotel the host actually came up to the room to make sure everything was OK with my arrival in the room was going to be OK with me and actually took the time to walk me down and around the block to show me where they were places to eat because I was very hungry.
Felt very comfortable and safe there and enjoyed the room and if I come back to town I will stay there again thank you

Add problems when we got there with bugs. Happy manager moved us to another unit. Then we have problems with water being shut off so we remove through a third units after that it was okay
