We were in town for Clark Atlanta U. homecoming with my 2 teenage sons and the location was perfect. We also walked to the Hawks game on Sat. night (about 1 mile). Perfect for crashing if you are visiting the AUC or Falcons/Hawks. Neighborhood was quiet for the most part (homecoming festivities were close). I'd stay here again for these purposes.

Property is not bad for price, area is alright but I wouldn't feel super safe alone at night.It's a spilt unit, one renter takes top floor and another on the bottom, it's not very sound proof, so keep that in mind, also the 2nd floor has dips in areas and creeks when walking, definitely a little sketchy but we had no issues past that. Everything was clean Bed and towels wise, so no issues there.overall for location & price it's a 3.75/5
