Must be 25 to book! No parties or get togethers! (Must be mindful of my neighbors especially at night!). Quiet time is 9pm -7am. Please treat my home as if were your own! One pet unless talked about! If any of these rules are broken you will be escorted of the property with no refund ! Loss of fob $150! Your home away from home in Atlanta with 2 bedrooms. The apartment was clean and spacious. We were easily able to walk to eat and see a show at the State Farm Arena. Host was very responsive.

Spent one hour trying to park in the gated lot since on street parking was not available. Had to call host and wait for a call back.Hallways were bare cement floors, kind of scary.Apartment did look like pictures. No hot water for showers. Light on nightstand not working. Beds were comfortable. It was clean.One elevator and we had to carry our bags up many steps from parking lot. Location is great!Don’t think I would return here.!
