Newly renovated bungalow on private street only 5 mins to Mercedes Benz Stadium & beltline. It's perfect for working remotely, relaxing or being entertained. With a secluded master bedroom suite and office, the home includes self-check in and check out. Also includes a private patio for relaxing. I am here for any of your needs during your stay, but only at your discretion.

DETAILS TO NOTE:

Check in starts between 4-5pm. However, you may arrive as late as needed.

Up to 7 people permitted to sleep in the home. Gatherings lasting up to 4 hours ok but no more than 10 people. No house parties. If gatherings with more than 10 people occur without approval, guest will be subject to a $250 fee and guest forfeit of reservation. Please treat space with respect, if any problems arise, we will take care of it as soon as possible!

One flat pet fee of $25 per pet per night will apply upon booking with a two pet maximum. More than 2 pets will need prior approval.

Late check outs must be pre approved. There Is a $35 fee for every 30 minutes you remain in the home past check out time and after 1.5 hour, you will be charged for an additional night.

Early check ins must be pre-approved. We will charge a full day for any check ins prior to 12pm. For check ins after 12pm, the fee is 20/hour

Please keep up with the keys. We recommend storing them back in the lockbox upon leaving the house during your stay. If keys are lost and need to be replaced, a replacement fee of $95 will apply. If the keys are locked inside of the home and a locksmith is need to be called, a fee of up to $300 will apply, depending on the rate of the locksmith at the time. During your stay, you are only provided with the key to lock and unlock the iron gate. Please never lock any of the other doors manually; always use the key to lock up. Not doing so may result in being locked out.

Please do not set the thermostat lower than 72 degrees. Most units are not designed to cool a house below that point, and you risk the system freezing up.

few things about our home that we like to disclose:

-Since we are in the south, and there are many trees on the property, it is normal to see insects come from outside periodically. This is not grounds for a refund or early termination. We have pest maintenance on our properties every month and have no infestation issues but we do like to make guests aware of this, especially during the summer time. We try to make every effort to prevent this from happening, but cannot guarantee that we can control nature.

-Our house is an older home, with minor cosmetic imperfections but we treat it with respect. -We have lawn maintenance biweekly, which could occur during daylight hours during your stay. So please be mindful and respectful of any yard contractors on the property. They will not have access to the home, but will have access to the outside yard.
