Our fully-furnished, pet-friendly, remote work- friendly, cruise ship-themed smart home features 3 spacious bedrooms, a spa room, fully enclosed backyard and Alexa voice assistant!
We are centrally located in the hub of Atlanta only minutes away from popular Atlanta attractions such as the Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm and Philips Arenas, World of Coca Cola, AmericasMart, Georgia State and Georgia Tech universities, businesses and hospitals. We are only minutes away from three major highways and less than 20 minutes from Atlanta's Hartsfield Airport!
Our cruise-ship themed home features:
- a fully equipped kitchen with all necessities, a Keurig coffee maker and even a bread maker!
- Dining area with seating for 4 (more chairs available upon request)
- Separate living room area with fully reclining theatre seating-styled futon with cup holders. Watch your favorite streaming apps on the 40" Roku TV with color changing LED backlighting! Use the remote to change the backlight color from blue to green or to whatever color fits the mood of the room! The coffee table also folds up into a desk to create a second workspace!
- Guest bath featuring a (removeable) bidet and private master bath with his/her sinks and rainfall shower
- In Unit Stackable Washer and Dryer
- Spacious fully fenced backyard with area for gardening

- our Cupid's arrow themed room with 32" Roku TV and private workspace with a desk and leather chair
- and a 4th spa/yoga serenity room that features:
- a zero gravity massage chair with settings to massage your back, neck, legs and even feet!
- a raining lotus LED rock fountain where you can listen to the soothing sounds of running rain water
- a Conair Sound Therapy Machine for relaxing to the soothing sounds of ocean waves, a summer night, a river stream, song birds, the rain forest or white noise

Nearby eateries are Chic-fi-le, Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King, American Deli. Please note that we are in an urban neighborhood and like many inner city areas undergoing regeneration, it can be a little scruffy around the edges. But our close proximity to the city's business and entertainment districts, hospitals, universities and all that vibrant downtown ATL has to offer more than makes up for it. Enjoy!

Host was kind and had great communication! This was a lovely, budget friendly property. House was clean and was well stocked. Things like towels and blankets were easy to find.Small things I think would improve this property - shower rod in back bathroom being more secure. Having some thicker/double shower curtains. (Inside plastic curtains and outside fabric curtains)Our stay was good and the host was wonderful! Thank you for having us!

The house was AMAZING for the cost. I was a bit skeptical when we reached the exit, however the neighborhood was impressively quite. DON'T SLEEP ON THIS RENTAL
