About this house rental
Location, location, location! 10 minutes away from Mercedes Benz Stadium! Inside the perimeter! Beautiful craftsman cottage home with bamboo flooring. Wonderful backyard view of the serene setting of the woods. Country in the city! Two separate decks for lounging at the rear of the home. Ample driveway and on-street parking. No one else lives on premises or nearby.
Bamboo flooring in the home! Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with full en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 is above garage and has 2 full size beds with heated flooring.
Living room has gas fireplace and 55" tv. Beautiful picture window showcasing the beautiful view of the backyard forest.
Great for relaxation and staying on work assignments.
The whole house except garage, which is used for owner storage. Will send 4 digit code for entry upon confirmation of booking.
We live in a QUIET neighborhood so no loud music or loitering.
Park your car respectfully and do not trespass into other people’s yard/property. Show respect.
There is a table with 4 chairs that you may use on the back deck. The grill is also available for use.
NO SMOKING INSIDE OF HOME. PERIOD. You may smoke on the back decks or front porch. Be sure to dispose of the waste properly and not leave cigarette butts visible. If you are careless with your disposal & becomes excessive then we RESERVE the right to charge a $250 fee and may request you leave the premises.

The doorbell is a camera, The Ring. Should this be tampered with in any way all guests will be required to leave & any monies will be forfeited.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was spotless when we arrived — everything was clean, fresh, and very well maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and comfortable stay.The property itself was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We really appreciated the calm atmosphere and how comfortable everything felt.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing getaway with a fantastic host!

We were disappointed with this property. It lacked attention to detail. We paid a cleaning fee and the house was rather dirty. It had cobwebs, dust and things spilled on the cupboards. The cupboards were loaded with outdated food.
There were four of us and only three forks and two steak knives. That is just wrong. There was only one wine glass. The heat was erratic and there were no hand towels. The house itself was cute and Brad responded immediately but no action was taken. We chose Atlanta as it is a halfway point for our friends and us. We will meet up again, but not at this property. Again, lack of attention to detail and a huge cleaning fee for something that wasn't done.
