Amazing Midtown Atlanta Location by Piedmont Park Mercedes Benz Stadium Ponce City Market Beltline

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect for us! Instructions were very clear and check in/check out was seamless. The parking was SO convenient and safe. The whole neighborhood was absolutely beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was UNBELIEVABLE - we loved it. It has such high pressure! There were plenty of towels/wash rags/make up rags. Smart TV available in the living room. Very convenient to any main attraction, with easy traffic. The kitchen was stocked with all basic needs and stocked with coffee. We got engaged while we were here so this condo will always hold a special place in our hearts. We will definitely be back again!

Not negatives - just notes - the couch in the living room really isn’t very comfortable so if you like to lounge and watch TV, not the most perfect option. There is not a TV in the bedroom (wasn’t a problem for us but I know it could be for some).

The mattress has an indentation from a bigger body. Needs new mattress ASAP.

Really convenient location, good parking. Everything was clean and nice / private.

The owner makes you pay a safety deposit of $300 before he gives you the passcode to the apartment. You don’t pay through Booking.com, you pay through PayPal or Venmo and he doesn’t allow you to mark it as goods and services so that he doesn’t have to pay an extra fee. I’ve never had to do that before and I had to ask him two separate times for my money back. I won’t be staying again for that very reason.
