Charming 3-bedroom apartment with AC and WiFi in enchanting Atlanta

The home was acclimating for my group. We enjoyed our stay. It was close to downtown as described. Only issue for the ladies wasn’t any paper towels. The home was fairly clean. But, The bathroom has black ants. We continued to kill and clean ants during our stay.

Upon approaching the home , its not the safest to walk up to , other than that it was a quiet area, close to the StateFarm Arena ,the reason I booked this location..I would stay again if need be

We stayed in Apartment A, it was a beautiful little apartment that has all the essentials for your stay. The furniture is all well cared for and the owners have great communication. It’s only around 10-12 minute walk to the Mercedes-Benz stadium which was great during the recent futbol game we attended. It is 10 minutes and less from all the other attractions such as Zoo Atlanta and the Georgia Aquarium. Thank you for helping make our stay a great one.

Appearance:The home was generally clean upon arrival. The floors and countertops were very clean, and the beds were neatly made with fresh, clean sheets and towels, which I appreciated. However, there were some noticeable maintenance concerns that took away from the overall experience. There was visible black mold on the bathroom ceiling, which raised concerns about ventilation, as the space did not seem to be properly ventilated. In addition, there was a hole in the living room ceiling that appeared to have been left unrepaired. The exterior could also use some attention, as the grass was very overgrown, which made the property feel a bit neglected upon arrival.Neighborhood:The neighborhood itself was okay and felt relatively convenient, especially for access to downtown and nearby attractions like Mercedes-Benz Stadium. That said, the overall experience was impacted by noise. Neighbors had a loud party that went on until the early morning hours, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the driveway may be challenging if you drive a low-profile vehicle. My car scraped due to the steep or uneven entry, so that’s something to keep in mind depending on your vehicle.Overall:Overall, the property feels quite dated and appears to have been divided into multiple apartment-style units. The floors throughout the home are uneven, which adds to that older, somewhat worn-down feel. While the location is a plus I would not book again.
