The curb appeal is nice, house was cleaned, adequately furnished, however if you're stay is in the summer the one air conditioner unit do not sufficiently cool the second and third floors, you will need a fan. The back deck furniture could use an upgrade and a good power washing...Btw the trash dumpster is at the rental office

The house was beautiful, comfortable, well equipped and in a super location close to the Valley and Davis.
We’d love to come back again. The team was very helpful when we had some problems with the keys and a smoke alarm that needed to be replaced
