The curb appeal is nice, house was cleaned, adequately furnished, however if you're stay is in the summer the one air conditioner unit do not sufficiently cool the second and third floors, you will need a fan. The back deck furniture could use an upgrade and a good power washing...Btw the trash dumpster is at the rental office

It was just what we needed to be a relaxing vacation spot. They were nice and friendly in the office.
