Tucked in the woods and backing up to the Monongahela National Forest, Holiday House offers a peaceful, private retreat while being conveniently located between Davis and Canaan Valley. Timberline and Canaan Ski Resorts, hiking trails, golf, shopping, and dining are just minutes away.
This spacious, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home comfortably sleeps 10 and is fully furnished and equipped for the perfect stay year-round. Set in the gated Northpoint community, you’ll enjoy plenty of room to relax, whether you’re unwinding on the deck, in the hot tub, or cozied up by the wood-burning fireplace watching the seasons change.
Three levels of living space offer a great balance of time together and space to relax:
Main level: Open kitchen, dining, and living areas with direct access to the deck and hot tub. One bedroom on this level.
Lower level: Bedroom, bath with jetted tub, and rec area with a pool table, TV, and board games. This level also has access to a porch with seating and a swing.
Third floor: Two additional bedrooms for privacy and quiet.
For even more space and privacy, retreat to the detached entertainment suite, located above the garage. This open-concept suite features a kitchen, dining area, sitting area with a TV, and a half bath. Sliding glass doors offer serene views, making it perfect for quiet mornings or a late-night movie while others sleep.

The house is way up the mountain with a sharp and steep driveway up to the garage. You will need 4WD to get up the last bit in the winter.The house was beautiful with comfortable beds and plenty of space. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace on cold nights. When we stayed there were several feet of snow and about another foot or more accumulated while we were there. Many people had accidents on the mountain. Make sure you use a low gear and drive smart to and from the house.We had a water issue, but it was resolved.

I had to clean the kitchen! Sticky light switches. Guest house had dead flies in the sliding door tracks. Crumbs on the floor! ( I did not clean the guest house!) So the start was not great!! Beautiful home, needs scrubbed
