The curb appeal is nice, house was cleaned, adequately furnished, however if you're stay is in the summer the one air conditioner unit do not sufficiently cool the second and third floors, you will need a fan. The back deck furniture could use an upgrade and a good power washing...Btw the trash dumpster is at the rental office

Beautiful, and had al the amenities we were looking for to easily handle the needs and wants of our party of 6!
The fantastic view on the back of the property! MountainTop Realty is the BEST! Always so accommodating and will bend over backwards to ensure a great rental experience. No worries from arrival to departure and everything between!
