This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This historic upper apartment is within 1/2 mile of Downtown Eau Claire's shops, restaurants, and bars. It's also a 10-minute drive from the music festival grounds (Eaux Claires, Blue Ox, Country Jam) and a 1-minute drive from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. This was a great apartment to rent while we visited family. It was clean, easy to access, and communicating with the hosts was great. We loved being in a quiet part of downtown but still within walking distance to a lot of our favorite places. My son loved to play in the side yard, he was excited by all of the bunnies and even the deer we saw! It was very hot when we were in town, but the apartment was very comfortable due to the central air conditioning.

Wonderful place to stay for a UW-Eau Claire reunion weekend. Close to campus, water street and downtown. Very clean. Will definitely look to book this property next time we visit EC!

The unit was so clean and cute. We only had 2 but definitely could have 6 people easily - just know there are almost 20 stairs to the unit. Within walking distance to the downtown area and Water Street district. Highly recommend
